Trijicon RMR footprint

The RMR footprint uses two mounting screws and two front recoil posts, and it is the most widely copied full-size open-emitter pattern. The Trijicon SRO, the RCR and many Holosun C-model dots such as the 407C and 507C are cut to it, so they share an RMR mount.

Watch the Holosun letter. The C-series (407C, 507C, 508T) is the RMR footprint, but the K-series (407K, 507K) is the smaller Shield RMSc footprint, so a K dot will not fit an RMR mount.

It is a full-size footprint, so it does not interchange with the smaller Shield RMSc cut used on thin carry slides, nor with the Docter or ACRO patterns.

Match an RMR sight to an RMR-cut slide, an RMR adapter plate, or a Picatinny RMR mount for a long gun.
