Aimpoint Micro footprint
The T-1 / T-2 / H-1 / H-2 red-dot footprint: the optics that share it, the ones that will not fit, and how to mount it.
The Aimpoint Micro footprint is the pattern under the T-1, T-2, H-1 and H-2 tube red dots. The sight screws to a Micro-pattern base, and that base sets the height and the rail interface.
The Micro footprint is not the ACRO footprint. An ACRO sight clamps a closed body to an ACRO plate and will not sit on a Micro base.
To put a Micro red dot on a Picatinny or airsoft RIS rail, choose a Micro mount at the height you need, from a low co-witness mount to a 1.93 inch riser for an AR-15.
